7 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin
6 eggs
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups of oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix baking soda and buttermilk in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients, then add buttermilk mixture. Mix well and bake in 3 (9 inch) bread pans at 325 degrees for one hour. Bread is done when an inserted knife comes out clean.
Spread
1 (7 oz) container marshmallow cream
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
Mix until smooth and serve on bread.
