1 cup plain flour
3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter - melted
1/4 cup eggnog - room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar

Coating Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, & salt in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl whisk the butter, eggnog, vanilla, and both sugars until well mixed. Gradually add the flour mixture. Chill the dough for at least one hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the coating ingredients together and drop the dough by spoonfuls into the coating and then roll into a ball and set onto the parchment paper. Bake for 9 - 11 minutes, cool on pans for ten minutes and then transfer onto serving plate and enjoy!
