1 1/2 cups per serving of Spring mix
1/2 cup chopped toasted nuts, walnuts, pecans or sliced almonds
1/2 cup Craisins
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion

For the dressing
2 tablespoons red raspberry jam
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil-grape seed blend
Whisk together and pour over salad. Serve immediately.
