1 loaf Texas toast, cut into cubes

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 TBS vanilla

4 TBS sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

Streusel Topping

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup pecans

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Place bread cubes in baking dish. In large bowl whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour over bread cubes and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Streusel topping

Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and pecans until crumbly. Refrigerate until ready. Pour topping over French toast bake. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until firm. Serve warm.
