How to make a few of Brazeiros specialty drinks and meats.

Caipirinha Ingredients :

Cachaça, lime, and sugar. 

Directions:

To make a traditional Caipirinha: Muddle 3 lime wedges with 2 teaspoons sugar, add 1 cup of ice and add the cachaça (we use Leblon or 51) swirls and garnish with a lime wedge. 

 Sangria Ingredients:

1 cup of chopped tropical fruits, a bottle of your choice wine (red or white), orange liqueur, sugar to taste, and some sparkling water.

Seasoning for Lamb Chops:

Black pepper, sea salt, vinegar, mint and tomatoes.
