2 cups cooked turkey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion
1/4 cup Jalapeno chopped
2 TBS garlic
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2 cans white beans (15 oz each)
2 1/2 cups chicken broth or 3 bullion cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In a pot combine chicken broth and onion and simmer until onion is tender. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese and simmer until hot. Add cheese and serve.
