Milk Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Substitute chocolate chips for raisins in your oatmeal cookies? YES!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups plain flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 sticks butter

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

2/3 cup sugar

3 teaspoons vanilla

2 eggs

1/4 cup half and half

4 cups milk chocolate chips

2 cups quick or old-fashioned oats

Directions:

Beat the butter, both sugars, & vanilla until creamy. Add eggs and milk and beat well. Add the baking powder, soda, cinnamon, & salt and mix well. Gradually add the flour. Stir in the chocolate chips and oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pans. Enjoy!
