1 small onion, coarsely chopped
1 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups oil
Add first seven ingredients (onion through vinegar) to a food processor. Process until smooth. With the processor running, add oil slowly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator.
