KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Chocolate Sauce

1/3  cup sugar

1/3 cup water 

1 cup milk

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a medium sized heavy saucepan heat sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Add milk; bring to simmer. Add chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Add vanilla.

Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze in smaller containers for up to a month.
