Peanut Butter Banana Cheesecake
Crust Ingredients:
2 sleeves chocolate graham crackers - crushed
1 stick butter - melted
1/2 cup sugar
Crust Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and press into a 10" springform pan. Set aside.
Cheesecake Ingredients:
4 - 8 ounce blocks cream cheese - softened
3 ripe banana - mashed
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
Cheesecake Directions:
In a mixer cream together the cream cheese, bananas, peanut butter, & vanilla. Mix until smooth. Gradually add the milk and sugar mixing well. Add the yolks and the whole eggs and mix until just combined. Pour over crust and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let the cheesecake sit in the warm oven for another 30 minutes. Chill at least 2 hours and then remove from pan. Enjoy!
