KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Peanut Butter Pie
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese - softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter - softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream - whipped
1 chocolate cookie pie crust
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a mixing bowl whisk together the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped heavy cream. Spoon into pie crust, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
