KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Popeye's Pizza
Ingredients:
10 oz fresh pizza dough
6 oz mozzarella cheese
4 oz cooked spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz artichoke hearts
1 small tomato, diced
2 oz kalamata olives, broken apart
6 oz pizza sauce
Olive oil
Method:
Form crust on dough, working dough into about a 12" size. Ladle sauce and half of cheese. Add fresh garlic, crushed red pepper, spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato & olives. Top with remainder of mozzarella. Drizzle with a little olive oil
Bake in oven, using pizza stone, at 450 degrees for approximately 8 minutes.
