KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tequila Honey Lime Wings
1/2 cup tequila
1/2 cup honey
Coarse salt
Juice of one lime
Cilantro
Cayenne pepper
Additional shot of tequila
Chicken Wings, prepared to your preference
METHOD:
Add together in a sauce pot, the tequila and honey; cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add lime juice, coarse salt and cayenne, simmer for another 20 minutes. Add the shot of tequila at the end, along with cilantro. Drizzle over your prepared wings (fried, baked or however you like.)
