17 Starbucks stores in Knox, Loudon, and Sevier counties will close for a few hours Tuesday afternoon for employees to receive racial bias training following an incident in Philadelphia in April.

The stores will close at 2:30 p.m. and will not reopen for three to four hours. Most of the closings will take place in stand-alone shops, so if you're still craving an afternoon coffee, you may be able to find one at Starbucks locations inside grocery stores, libraries and hotels.
