A woman was taken into custody in Crossville this morning, Dec. 12, for her involvement in an overdose death, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
Grace Ellen Milner, 27, was indicted for second degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) in the overdose death of 25-year-old Charlie Agee, according to KCSO.
Officials said Milner provided a Fentanyl dose to Agee on Mar. 6 that ultimately killed him on Mar. 9.
Milner's bond is $200,000, according to KCSO.
