CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Tenn. — Claiborne County Schools will continue to provide free breakfast and lunches to students for the 2022-2023 school year.

On June 24, Congress passed a bill that would keep up pandemic rules on the distribution of free meals for all students until the end of the summer. The bill now heads to President Joe Biden's desk for his signature.

Rules that allow all students free meals regardless of income level are still set to expire before the next school year.
