According to a tweet from KUB:

"Approximately 40 KUB crews worked to reduce outages from more than 10,000 to just 3,766 in a few hours after strong storms moved through the area this evening. Our employees will work through the night to ensure power is restored to all customers quickly and safely. Stay tuned."
