KNOXVILLE, Tennessee — Knox County is adding new emergency locator signs along trails at Concord Park.
Crews are installing 25 signs, a quarter mile apart on several trails in the park.
It continues the work of a local Eagle Scout service project to help emergency responders quickly identify where people are on the trail.
The county plans to expand the project to other trail systems in the county like House Mountain and I.C. King Park.
