Angus Ground Steak w/ Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

12 oz Angus Ground Beef (80/20 blend)

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Black Pepper

½ tsp Granulated Garlic

½ tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Oil

½ cup Mushrooms, sliced button

1 cup Brown Gravy of choice

Directions:

Mix beef with seasoning and blend well

Press flat into oval shape (pretty thin)

Heat skillet on medium heat and add 1 tsp oil, add beef patty and cook for 3-4 minutes on first side, flip over and cook for 2-3 minutes (or until cooked all the way through), remove from pan

In same pan add second tsp oil and add mushrooms, cook until browned. Add brown gravy and combine with mushrooms and remove from heat

Pour gravy and mushrooms over ground steak
