BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — Blount County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 38-year-old woman after they found crystal meth and heroin on her that she intended to sell.
Narcotics agents searched a vehicle they say was stolen out of Knox County by April Dawn Anderson. They searched the vehicle to find three grams of crystal meth and a small amount of heroin. The meth was in packaging that agents and deputies say was intended for resale.
Deputies arrested Anderson and charged her with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of a stolen vehicle.
She's in jail with bonds totaling $61,000. She has a hearing in the Blount County General Session Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
Authorities from Blount County Sheriff's Office, Alcoa Police Department, and Maryville Police Department helped in arrested Anderson.
