Emily Ann Roberts co-anchors Live at Five at 4 in preparation for Knoxville concert

It's been a year since Karns native Emily Ann Roberts  competed on NBC's hit show "The Voice". In the time she's been back in East Tennessee, she's graduated high school, she's performed all over East Tennessee, worked on her budding music career, booked a November 4 concert with Zach Seabaugh in Knoxville and now, co-anchoring Live at Five at 4.

In 2015, a high school student from Knoxville went all the way to the finale of Season 9 of NBC's hit show "The Voice."

Emily Ann Roberts, just 17 at the time, was a stand out performer who sang in the choir at Karns High School. She was chosen to be coached by Blake Shelton and when the show ended, she was runner-up on the show.

In her time since returning home to East Tennessee, Roberts has kept busy. She finished high school, and began working on her career with appearances all over the East Tennessee area.
