<A local non-profit that helps East Tennesseans with disabilities is celebrating 25 years.The East Tennessee Technology Access Center kicked off its silver anniversary celebration Thursday with an open house.The center helps those with disabilities learn about and get access to assistive technology devices. The devices help with education, employment skills and daily living.ETTAC says it looks forward to the next 25 years of service in our community.<
