KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Corn Casserole

1 can cream style corn
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/4 cup water
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 beaten egg
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
Combine all ingredients.
Put into a baking dish.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes or until set.
You can double or triple the recipe with no problems! Just increase cook time to make sure center cooks through if using a deeper dish.
