Lemonade parfaits are a sunny dessert

Miss Olivia shares a recipe that's perfect for spring.

Lemonade parfait

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar


Whisk together and spread on a shallow baking pan.  Toast until fragrant and lightly browned. Watch carefully!!  Use as desired. Store in the freezer.


8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
8 ounces extra creamy cool whip


In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add eagle brand and lemon juice.  Beat again until smooth.  Fold in cool whip.  Store, covered in the refrigerator.

To Serve:  layer crumbs and crackers to fit serving dish.   Top with whipped cream, if desired.
