A new butcher shop is coming to downtown Knoxville!
Hen Hoc Butcher has a new website along with an Instagram page.
Both say it's coming soon to the old city, and will be a butcher and deli shop that takes up Olibea's current location.
The restaurant is moving across from the downtown dog park on Central Street.
