At the Civic Coliseum, Knoxville Tourism hosted a day of competition for local housekeepers on Monday.The housekeepers competed in a number of games related to their field of expertise. The real competition started as housekeepers from the different hotels raced against the clock in a bed making competition. The fastest time was two minutes.
