Knoxville — Jamille loves to use his imagination, especially during recess.

"I like to play on the swings, play tag and hide-and-go-seek," said Jamille.

And like many 6-year-old boys, he loves superheroes.

"Spiderman! Because he has cool powers and he can web swing," he laughed.

Jamille is among more than 160 children in our area waiting to be matched with mentors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee, but the program does not have enough volunteers.

His older brother has already been matched with a 'big'. Jamille is hoping to find one, too.

"I want to go to the movies, go get something to eat," he said.

Jamille also loves chocolate ice cream, and he likes to tell jokes.

So, if you like to laugh, can give some support, and can commit a couple hours two or three times a month, maybe you and Jamille can live a little.
