KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Some new art has been popping up in Downtown Knoxville.
Last week, artists installed some of the new Art in Public Places sculptures around Krutch Park.
Dogwood Arts said it is an ongoing project, and it hopes to install the rest of the 22 total sculptures in May.
