The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a small plane crash that happened Sunday afternoon.
The only person on the flight was the pilot. The pilot has non-life threatening injuries.
The plane was landing at Clarksville Regional Airport. It touched down on the ground, went through a perimeter fence and stopped on the shoulder of a road, blocking one lane of traffic.
Clarksville police say weather may have played a role in the crash.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
