Sauteed Shrimp for Valentine's Day

Sautéed Shrimp

Shrimp peeled and deveined

Sliced mushrooms

Garlic in oil

White wine

Melted butter

Salt, black pepper granulated garlic

Chopped green shallots

In heavy sauce pan heat butter, mushrooms garlic in oil and wine.

Add shrimp, season with salt pepper and garlic.

Cook until done turning shrimp every few minutes while cooking.

Add green shallots at the end

Serve with sauce over shrimp

Great with salad and baked potato

Shrimp only take about 10 minutes to cook.
