Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped spinach
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
3/4 cup chickpea flour or besan
2 Tbs rice flour
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp cumin coriander powder
2 tsp lime juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Make a batter without using any water. The lime juice and water from washed spinach leaves is plenty. Deep fry in oil. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
