3 Tbs dark brown sugar

1 Tbs Tamari sauce

4 tsp sweet chili sauce

2 tsp honey

4 (6 oz) salmon filets

olive oil

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

garnish with sesame seeds (optional)


Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl and stir. Add olive oil to pan. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and garlic. Gently law in oil and sear for 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Flip fish in an oven safe pan. Coat with glaze. Put in oven for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness. Remove from oven and plate over rice. Serve with a fresh veggie. Garnish place with more sauce and sesame seeds.
