The Mysterious Mansion survived the wildfires in Gatlinburg but surveillance footage from the attraction showed it was a very close call.

During the immediate aftermath of last week's fires, reports made it seem like the year-round haunted house had been destroyed. The attraction's Facebook page even posted early Tuesday morning that it had been lost to the wildfires.

They were later able to confirm the structure had survived and wasn't damaged.
