New Harvest Park Farmers Market 2018 season kicks off in Knoxville

New Harvest Park Farmers Market season begins on April 12 and opening day will have roughly 20 vendors, offering a lot of delicious food to try.

Knoxville — Farm fresh, local fruits and veggies are back!

New Harvest Park Farmers Market will begin its 2018 season on Thursday, April 12 at 3 p.m., located at 4775 New Harvest Park Lane.

Opening day starts with Knox County Commission Vice Chairman, Charles Busler, ringing the bell.

Vendors at the market will feature a variety of locally grown produce, meats, plants and much more.

The event is free and open to the public and will be open every Thursday through mid-November from 3 to 6 p.m.

Rebecca Saldivar, manager of the New Harvest Park Farmers Market, wants everyone to come and enjoy the fresh, delicious food that will be available.
