SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. — A memorial has formed in front of the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office for 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell.

On Friday, March 6, the sheriff's office said they found remains believed to be those of the missing 15-month-old girl.
