You may remember that paw-sitively wonderful time last year when Vol Hoops' Twitter account ended up being taken over by good ol' Smokey. Well Tennessee's best boy was back in the social media seat Monday to cheer on the other good boys of Tennessee Basketball.

The Vols were taking on the Chattanooga Mocs at Thompson-Boling Arena Monday night, with Tennessee's newly appointed state dog providing the play-by-plays on Twitter.
The dog puns were aplenty. Last year, Jordan Bone was an easy target for obvious reasons. This year has brought new classics like 'Jordan Bow-wowden' and 'Lamonterrier Turner.'
Of course, Smokey also had to take some time to plug his new merch.
Plenty of other adorable moments were to be had off the court.
Smokey did a good job bringing in the cheers for the team -- helping the Vols seal a victory Monday night against the Mocs to remain undefeated for the season, final score 58-46. As he said, it was a bit ruff at times -- but a win is still something that will have plenty of tails wagging.
