WBIR Helmet Stickers: Playoffs - Round 1

Check out who the team gave their helmet stickers to this week.

We're starting a new tradition at WBIR. Each week during high school football season, the WBIR 10Sports team will hand out four helmet stickers to some of the top performers in East Tennessee. The winners will be recognized at the end of our Friday night football show "PrepXtra." We will also mail a WBIR helmet sticker to each of the winners.

Playoffs, Round 1

Patrick's Helmet Sticker: Cody Wyllins, The King's Academy

Cody Wyllins had six total touchdowns for the Lions in the first round of the playoffs. It was TKA's first every playoff win as well.

Chierstin's Helmet Sticker: JaShaun Fenderson, Fulton

JaShaun Fenderson had not one, but two punt return touchdowns in the first quarter! He set the tone for Fulton's first round win against Lenoir City.

Luke's Helmet Sticker: Mason Hill, Oliver Springs

Mason Hill does a little bit of everything for Oliver Springs and that showed tonight against Jellico. The Bobcats will need him in the next round, when they take on Greenback.

Louis' Helmet Sticker: Mason Phillips, Anderson County

Anderson County has been an offensive juggernaut this season, but it was the Mason Phillips show against Grainger. The Grizzlies kept it tight with the Mavs, but Phillips 256 yards and 5 touchdowns showcased the power of this offense. AC will be tough to stop in the playoffs.
