KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation said that a Knox County maintenance supervisor was hit while working near the I-275 and I-40 interchange on Monday.
According to a spokesperson from TDOT, the worker was injured but they did not appear to be life-threatening injuries. They said that the worker was hit by a vehicle, but did not specify the make or model of it.
