PUTNAM COUNTY, Tennessee — UPDATE: As of March 7, the boil notice has been officially removed.
Double Springs Utility District issued a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice Thursday after a tornado ripped through the area this week.
Officials said they are trying to isolate line leaks while manipulating valves so pressure fluctuations may be experienced.
Please be advised this is only precautionary.
Crews are still searching the hardest-hit areas.
All missing people had been accounted for in Putnam County by 10:20 a.m. Thursday, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Eighteen people were killed.
