**A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Foothills and Smokies through early Tuesday morning. A mountain wave event is possible and winds could gust as high as 60-70 mph. Secure loose objects! High profile vehicles should avoid traveling through the mountains if possible on Monday.**

**A Wind Advisory is in effect for the areas shaded in tan until early Tuesday morning. Gusts to 50 mph will be possible. These winds could bring down small limbs and cause temporary power outages. Secure loose objects around your property!**

Monday: Scattered showers are expected with mostly cloudy skies and breezy winds out of the east at 10-15 mph, gusting to 25 mph at times. A few rumbles of thunder are possible (no severe weather is expected). Highs will be in the lower to middle 60s. Winds will start to die down Monday night and lows will be in the lower to middle 50s.

Tuesday: Off and on showers and a few rumbles of thunder (no severe weather is expected). Highs will be in the middle to upper 60s. Lows will be in the lower 50s Tuesday night.

Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers and highs in the middle 60s. Lows will be in the upper 40s Wednesday night.

Thursday: Partly cloudy with highs in the middle 60s. Lows will be in the middle to upper 40s Thursday night.

Friday: Partly to mostly cloudy. A few showers are possible. Highs in the middle 60s and lows in the middle 40s Friday night. *There is quite a bit of uncertainty this late in the forecast so check back for updates*.

Next Weekend: As of now, it appears that we should be mostly dry with highs in the 60s on Saturday and lower 70s on Sunday.
