**A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Foothills and Smokies through 2 AM Tuesday morning. A mountain wave event could produce gusts as high as 60-70 mph. Secure loose objects!**


**A Wind Advisory is in effect for the areas shaded in tan until 2 AM Tuesday morning. Gusts to 50 mph will be possible. These winds could bring down small limbs and cause temporary power outages. Secure loose objects around your property!**


Tonight: Scattered showers are expected with mostly cloudy skies and breezy winds out of the east at 10-15 mph, gusting to 25 mph at times. Lows will be in the lower to middle 50s.

Tuesday: Off and on rain showers return and a few rumbles of thunder are possible by afternoon. Highs will be in the middle to upper 60s. Lows will be in the lower 50s Tuesday night.

Wednesday: Partly to mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers and highs in the upper 60s. Lows will be in the upper 40s Wednesday night.

Thursday and Friday: Partly cloudy with a few showers possible. Highs still cooler than average in the middle 60s and lows in the middle 40s Friday night.

The Weekend: Dry and warmer weather returns with highs in the upper 60s on Saturday and middle 70s on Sunday!
