DA Russell Johnson announces charges dropped for the 'Grinch' after Roane Co. deputies arrest him
The Roane County Sheriff's Office posted a mugshot of The Grinch ahead of Christmas, saying that he was accused of burglary, home invasion, theft and vandalism.
