East TN soldier meets baby for the first time
A sweet homecoming for an East Tennessee soldier.
Sergeant Jacob Hamblin was escorted home late last night by the Campbell County Sheriff's Office. He serves in the 278th Tennessee Army National Guard and just finished a one-year deployment in Poland.
