Hancock Co. corrections officer charged in misconduct case
A Hancock County grand jury has returned an indictment charging Hancock County Corrections Officer Jacob Cole Heck. The TBI says an investigation that started in February showed that Heck gave tobacco to a female inmate in exchange for sexual contact.
