Dairy & Berries: a great fruit smoothie recipe for summer to get more calcium in your diet

June is National Dairy Month and Heather Kyle-Harmon wants to make sure you get enough calcium this summer. Here's a smoothie recipe using yogurt, milk, fresh fruits, orange juice, pineapple juice. About 3 to 4 servings of dairy are recommended each day. June 12, 2019-4pm.
