Great Smoky Mountains to honor Mountain Women with festival on June 15
Great Smoky Mountains National Park will host the annual Women's Work Festival at the Mountain Farm Museum June 15 from 10am to 4pm. . There will be crafts, cooking demonstrations, music and lectures about the resourcefulness of these remarkable women. All activities are free to the public. The Mountain Farm Museum is located on Newfound Gap Road adjacent to the Oconaluftee Visitor Center. June 15, 2019-4pm.
