Knox Co. Mayor hopes to inspire summer reading with 'Read City USA'
Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs talks about his 'Read USA' program. One way he's encouraging folks to read by looking at the 50th anniversary of the USA landing on the moon. It's approximately 250,000 miles to the moon. They say if you convert miles to hours then the goal is to read 250,000 hours this summer. They have incentives like a tracker you can add to your phone.
