Hamilton County makes massive MoonPie delivery to Knox County after Vols win
Knox County mayor Glenn Jacobs made a friendly wager with Hamilton County mayor Jim Coppinger before the Vols game last weekend that netted the county roughly 3,100 MoonPies.
