
For the past 11 years, Ken Schwall has hosted "Positively Schwall," a segment of 10News that gives viewers an entertaining look at people, places, and events in the surrounding community.
A native of Detroit , Ken began his career in radio as a Michigan disc jockey playing polka records. While his career was largely commonplace, he once sprained his tongue while trying to pronounce the name of Polish accordion player, Casmiradius Thaczsuscowazlowski.
In 1979, Ken changed from radio to television when he started working at WBIR. He was a beat reporter and covered the TVA, where he unsuccessfully claimed to be "The Tennessee Valley Authority".
Ken and his wife Corina, live in a rural section of Loudon County , where they often play host to their five grandchildren.
