Officers arrested a man after his girlfriend found several pairs of little girl panties wrapped up in his do-rag at her home on Maloney Road.
According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the woman also found inappropriate obscene photos on 49-year-old Bob Robinson's computer. Officers arrested Robinson close to 7:00 p.m. at Carl Cowan Park and charged him with sexual exploitation of a minor.
After his arrest, officers found a 4GB card with more than 100 obscene photos in Robinson's possession. According to the National Crime Information Center, Robinson has a criminal record outside of Knox County with at least one violation of probation.
Robinson is currently at the Knox County Detention Facility on at $100,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing.
